
To push your leads to buy a house they were looking at or if they are looking for one, you can initially generate leads through a landing page or opt-in form, asking them to apply for an open house program.
Once they fill out the form, they receive a series of emails about real estate, whose major purpose is to nurture prospective buyers looking for a house.
The first email will start with a thank you for joining your open house campaign with a paperwork asking leads to fill it out on the house if they are interested.
If they fill it out, you can add them to a list called “Paperwork Filled” and notify them that a real estate agent will call them to discuss further details.
If they did not fill the form, you can add them under “Prospective Buyer” then send out a sequence of emails about other houses they might be interested in.
